Stones for coverings in strips

Another type of coating that Tirone Edilizia proposes is the strip type. The stones are cut into very narrow and long elements called strips.

In this case, pleasant results are obtained between the clinker effect and the rustic wall when the surfaces are very rustic.

In general, also for reasons of cost, they are adopted with natural split surfaces, slightly irregular thicknesses, which should require mortar laying. To make the laying of all these small elements less expensive, we propose them glued together in the laboratory, obtaining elements of normal dimensions, for example approximately 30 × 50 cm, with the surface against a flat wall, then bonded and – in order not to “read” the “prefabrication” – equipped with attachments / joints on each piece, where the following is inserted , giving a monolithic final effect.
