Calcari

In the CALCARI category all materials that have a dominant limestone component are grouped, but which do not fall into the category of marbles, with a crystalline structure, while the calcareous stones may have different structures, perhaps with traces of fossil shells still visible. Some limestone are: Pergamo, Bianco Sicilia, Pietre di Vicenza in white, yellow and gray, from Verona in white, pink and red, from Lecce in white and yellow, Trinacria, Selenite, Pece.
